Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure the Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the business requirements of sales and customer service teams.
- Provide ongoing user support and training to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce best practices, including data management, security, and user access.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements
