We are excited to announce an opening for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team at NEXT. In this crucial role, you will manage our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our sales and customer service teams.

Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment, optimizing its functionality, and providing support to users across the organization. Your deep expertise in Salesforce administration, combined with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, will be essential in driving user adoption and maximizing the platform's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure the Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the business requirements of sales and customer service teams.
  • Provide ongoing user support and training to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce best practices, including data management, security, and user access.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new functionalities and customizations to improve processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for system integrations and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to leverage new capabilities.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to Salesforce processes and procedures.
  • Participate in Salesforce-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce administration or related roles.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with users and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing user experience.
