Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist at NEXT will focus on executing impactful campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, and social media. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery. We’re looking for someone who can balance data-driven strategies with creativity to bring our brand to life and engage our target audiences. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and ready to contribute ideas to elevate NEXT’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, digital advertising, and social media platforms to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Create content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audiences, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media updates, and website content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new marketing initiatives, including product launches, webinars, and events.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and ROI.
- Manage social media accounts and monitor industry trends to keep NEXT’s social presence fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets to promote our brand and products.
- Assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including PPC and display ads.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for content, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment or tech industry.
- Strong writing and content creation skills with a portfolio of previous marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing analytics and campaign management tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or social media management platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
