Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at NEXT, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients. You’ll develop and implement sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and act as the primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of industry dynamics. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is goal-oriented, and is committed to delivering value to clients.

This position is designed for a motivated professional who is passionate about sales, capable of balancing relationship-building with a results-driven approach, and has an in-depth knowledge of our products and services. You’ll play an integral role in helping NEXT achieve its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring NEXT’s offerings align with their objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts as well as new prospects.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategies with product positioning.
  • Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the onboarding of new clients to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to stay ahead of the market.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate business challenges with NEXT’s solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments, with a focus on technology or SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a consultative selling approach.
  • Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
