Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights.
- Develop business cases and proposals to support process improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and reports.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss findings and gather feedback.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
